Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, season lightly, and drain grease.
- Layer half the potatoes in the dish, then half the beef.
- Spread half the soup and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Repeat layers with remaining ingredients.
- Cover and bake 45 minutes, uncover and bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
- Use thin potato slices for best texture.
- Swap soup flavors if desired.
- Add seasoning to beef for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers airtight in the fridge.
