Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes 8–10 oz each
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Pierce with fork and coat with oil.
  3. Season evenly with salt and pepper.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 35–40 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Rest, slice open, and fluff before serving.
