- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a shallow bowl, mix Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Beat egg in a separate bowl.
- Dip each chicken breast into egg, then coat evenly in Parmesan mixture, pressing firmly.
- Lightly spray air fryer basket with oil and arrange chicken in a single layer.
- Cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Rest for 3–5 minutes before slicing and serving.

- Do not overcrowd the basket for best crispiness.
- Press coating firmly onto chicken for thicker crust.
- Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for 4–5 minutes to maintain crunch.
