Air Fryer Potato Wedges Recipe

Crispy golden wedges made easily in the air fryer. A lighter alternative to deep-fried fries.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 russet potatoes
  • 1 ½ tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp oregano

Method
 

  1. Cut potatoes into wedges and soak in water.
  2. Drain and dry completely.
  3. Toss with oil and seasonings.
  4. Air fry at 380°F for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve warm and crispy.

Notes

  • Cook in batches if necessary.
  • Increase heat at end for extra crisp.
  • Best enjoyed immediately.
