Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Toss apples with lemon juice and spices.
  2. Mix crumble topping ingredients.
  3. Spread topping over apples.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Cool slightly and serve warm.
