Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium apple finely diced
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Dice apple into small pieces.
  2. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, sweetener, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Stir in apples evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and adjust texture if needed.
