Ingredients
  

For the Dish
  • 8 oz pasta penne or fusilli
  • 1 block 8 oz feta cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • ½ tsp salt
Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Baby spinach
  • Grilled chicken slices
  • Grated Parmesan

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Add tomatoes and season in baking dish.
  3. Place feta in center and drizzle oil.
  4. Bake 30–35 minutes.
  5. Cook pasta and combine with sauce.

  • Reserve pasta water for smoother sauce.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
