Ingredients
  

  • 4 baked russet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 cups broth
  • cups milk
  • ½ cup cream
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Bake and cube potatoes
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter
  3. Stir in flour
  4. Add liquids and simmer
  5. Add potatoes and cook until creamy
