Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb beef chuck
  • 6 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Brown beef in oil until golden.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  3. Pour in broth and add bay leaf.
  4. Simmer until beef is tender.
  5. Add noodles, cook until soft, and serve.
