Ingredients
  

  • For the Dish
  • 1 cup cooked tapioca pearls
  • 1 cup strong brewed black tea
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Brown sugar syrup
  • Vanilla syrup
  • Whipped cream

Method
 

  1. Cook tapioca pearls until chewy.
  2. Brew strong black tea.
  3. Stir sweetener into tea.
  4. Add pearls to a glass.
  5. Pour tea, milk, and ice.

Notes

  • Use fresh pearls for best texture.
  • Serve immediately with wide straw.
