Method
- Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
- Sear chicken until lightly golden; set aside.
- Sauté onion in butter and oil until soft.
- Add tomato purée and spices; simmer.
- Stir in cream slowly.
- Add chicken and simmer 10–15 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning and serve warm.
