Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Marinade
  • 1 lb boneless chicken cubed
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup tomato purée
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Sear chicken until lightly golden; set aside.
  3. Sauté onion in butter and oil until soft.
  4. Add tomato purée and spices; simmer.
  5. Stir in cream slowly.
  6. Add chicken and simmer 10–15 minutes.
  7. Adjust seasoning and serve warm.

Notes

  • Thighs stay juicier than breast
  • Simmer gently for best texture
