Ingredients
  

For the Dish
  • 4 cups finely shredded green cabbage
  • 1 small onion finely diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil for frying
Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Chopped parsley
  • Sour cream or yogurt sauce
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Lemon wedges

Method
 

  1. Salt cabbage and remove excess moisture.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Form into compact patties.
  4. Fry in olive oil until golden on both sides.
  5. Drain and serve warm.

Notes

  • Remove moisture thoroughly.
  • Maintain moderate heat for even browning.
  • Serve immediately for best texture.
