Method
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Brown sausage slices and remove briefly.
- Add potatoes and cook until lightly golden.
- Return sausage to the pan.
- Add cabbage and seasonings.
- Cover and cook until potatoes are tender and cabbage is soft.
- Stir gently and serve hot.
