Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 1 small head green cabbage chopped
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup crushed tomatoes no sugar added for keto
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Red pepper flakes for heat
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • A sprinkle of shredded cheese optional for keto

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Stir in chopped cabbage.
  4. Add tomatoes and seasonings.
  5. Simmer until cabbage is tender.

  • Use no-sugar tomatoes for keto
  • Ground turkey works well
