Carrot Cake Truffles

Bite-sized carrot cake truffles coated in white chocolate. A quick, no-bake homemade treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups carrot cake crumbs
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • cups white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Mix cake crumbs and cream cheese.
  2. Roll into balls and chill.
  3. Melt white chocolate.
  4. Dip truffles and coat evenly.
  5. Let set before serving.

Notes

  • Chill if mixture is soft
  • Store refrigerated
  • Decorate before chocolate sets
