Ingredients
  

  • 4 large apples
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and core apples.
  2. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Fill apples with cheesecake mixture.
  4. Sprinkle graham crackers on top.
  5. Bake 25–30 minutes until apples are tender.
