Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts diced
  • 1 cup orzo
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup Parmesan

Method
 

  1. Cook seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden.
  2. Toast orzo in the same pan.
  3. Add broth and simmer until orzo is tender.
  4. Stir in broccoli and steam until soft.
