  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 3 cups broth
  • cups milk
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook potatoes until tender
  2. Sauté onion and garlic in butter
  3. Stir in flour
  4. Add broth and milk
