Ingredients
  

  • 12 dinner rolls
  • cups mozzarella cheese cubed or shredded
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar optional
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut small slits into each roll without cutting through.
  3. Stuff rolls with cheese.
  4. Mix melted butter, garlic, seasoning, and salt.
  5. Brush rolls generously and bake until golden and cheesy.
  6. Finish with Parmesan and parsley before serving.

Notes

  • Use low-moisture mozzarella for best results
  • Add chili flakes for heat
  • Best served warm
