Ingredients
  

  • 1 loaf French bread sliced
  • ½ cup butter softened
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 2 cups cooked chicken sliced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix butter, garlic, and parsley; spread on bread and toast lightly.
  2. Melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream, and simmer gently.
  3. Stir in Parmesan until smooth, then add chicken.
  4. Spread mixture on garlic bread and top with mozzarella.
  5. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
