  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar or honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated

  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
  • 2 green onions sliced (for garnish)

Method

  1. n a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, vinegar, and black pepper.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the marinade and toss until well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
