Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds chicken breast sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 3 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • Adjust quantities for 2x or 3x as needed.

Method
 

  1. Slice chicken into thin strips.
  2. Mix seasonings and coat chicken with lime juice.
  3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove.
  5. Sauté peppers and onions until tender-crisp.
  6. Return chicken to skillet and toss to combine.
