Method
- Flatten chicken breasts; season.
- Dredge in flour, egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
- Fry 3–4 min per side or bake 20–25 min at 400°F.
- Simmer garlic and sauce for 5–10 min.
- Place chicken in baking dish, top with sauce and cheese.
- Bake 15–20 min at 375°F; broil 2–3 min for golden top.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve.

- Flatten chicken evenly for juiciness
- Use panko breadcrumbs for extra crunch
- Can make ahead: fry chicken and refrigerate, add sauce and cheese later
