Method
- Cook chicken lightly in butter; remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion, garlic, and celery until soft.
- Add potatoes and chicken broth.
- Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Mash some potatoes to thicken.
- Return chicken, season, and heat through.
