Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken sliced or shredded
  • cups shredded cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Season and cook chicken until done; slice or shred.
  2. Heat skillet lightly with oil.
  3. Place tortilla in pan and add chicken and cheese.
  4. Fold tortilla and cook until golden.
  5. Flip and toast other side until cheese melts.
  6. Rest briefly, slice, and serve.

Notes

  • Use medium heat for best texture
  • Adjust seasoning to taste
