Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and prepare baking dish.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Mix soup, broth, milk, and seasoning.
  4. Add rice, chicken, and onions.
  5. Transfer to baking dish.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake 25–30 minutes.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.
