Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken breast cubed
  • 3 medium zucchini sliced
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Lightly cook chicken in olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Sauté onion, garlic, and zucchini until slightly softened.
  4. Combine chicken and vegetables in baking dish.
  5. Pour cream over mixture and sprinkle with cheeses and seasoning.
  6. Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Avoid overcooking zucchini to prevent excess moisture.
  • Use freshly grated cheese for best texture.
  • Add herbs or vegetables as desired.
