  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 8 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil or vegetable oil

  • ¼ cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons crushed nuts
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons colorful sprinkles
  • 2 tablespoons crushed cookies

Method
 

  1. Wash the strawberries and dry them completely with paper towels.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  4. Stir until the chocolate becomes smooth and glossy.
  5. Hold each strawberry by the stem and dip it into the melted chocolate.
  6. Allow excess chocolate to drip off before placing on the baking sheet.
  7. Add toppings if desired.
  8. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until the chocolate sets.
