Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan.
- Mix dry ingredients, then add wet ingredients and hot water. Stir until smooth.
- Fill liners and bake 18–20 minutes. Cool completely.
- Beat frosting ingredients until light and fluffy.
- Melt chocolate and dip strawberries. Let set.
- Frost cupcakes and top with chocolate-covered strawberries.
