Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¾ cup milk
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt optional

Method
 

  1. Add oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds to a jar.
  2. Pour in milk, sweetener, and yogurt.
  3. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir and add toppings before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust milk for thickness
  • Add protein powder if desired
