Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream cold
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 2 tbsp hot water
  • ΒΌ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Dissolve instant coffee in hot water and let cool slightly.
  2. Whip cold heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix gently.
  4. Fold cooled coffee mixture into whipped cream carefully.
  5. Spoon into glasses and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Do not overwhip cream.
  • Cool coffee before mixing.
  • Chill longer for firmer texture.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste.
