Ingredients
Method
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Dissolve coffee in warm liquid and add to dough with egg and vanilla.
- Mix dry ingredients separately and fold into dough.
- Scoop dough into balls and place on baking tray.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool slightly before serving.

- Do not overbake
- Adjust coffee amount to taste
