Ingredients
  

  • 24 Oreo cookies crushed
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cups chopped Oreos

Method
 

  1. Mix Oreo crumbs with butter and press into pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream.
  4. Fold in chopped Oreos gently.
  5. Pour batter into crust and bake until just set.
  6. Cool gradually and chill overnight before slicing.
