Method
- Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
- Add yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt; blend.
- Mix in cornstarch.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake at 325°F for 40–45 minutes.
- Cool and refrigerate before slicing.
Notes
- Do not overbake.
- Chill thoroughly for best texture.
