Cottage Cheese Yogurt Egg Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt; blend.
  3. Mix in cornstarch.
  4. Pour into prepared pan and bake at 325°F for 40–45 minutes.
  5. Cool and refrigerate before slicing.

Notes

  • Do not overbake.
  • Chill thoroughly for best texture.
  • Add fresh fruit for garnish if desired.
