Method
- Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove and set aside.
- Brown sausage in the same skillet.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Stir in cabbage and seasonings.
- Cook until cabbage is tender and lightly caramelized.
- Return bacon to skillet and combine well.
- Serve hot.

- Do not overcrowd the pan
- Adjust seasoning to taste
