Crack Corn Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups corn
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cooked bacon
  • ¼ cup green onions
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Salt & pepper

Method
 

  1. Drain and dry corn thoroughly.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Fold in corn, cheese, bacon, and green onions gently.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Chill before serving for best flavor
  • Add jalapeños for spice
  • Double the recipe for large crowds
  • Best served cold or slightly chilled
