Cranberry Orange Bread

A moist and tender cranberry orange loaf topped with sweet orange sugar glaze.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 tbsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 ½ cups cranberry

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs and wet ingredients.
  5. Combine and fold in cranberry.
  6. Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
  7. Cool and glaze.

  • Do not overmix
  • Cool before glazing
  • Store up to 5 days
