Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 8 flour tortillas
  • cups enchilada sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix chicken, cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, and seasonings.
  2. Fill tortillas and roll tightly.
  3. Place in baking dish and cover with enchilada sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Bake until bubbly and golden.

Notes

  • Use softened cream cheese
  • Green sauce gives a milder flavor
  • Best served warm
