  • 1 –2 teaspoons olive brine optional
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
  2. Finely chop green olives.
  3. Mix cream cheese, olives, seasoning, and brine until smooth.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  5. Chill or serve immediately.
