Method
- Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
- Sauté garlic in olive oil.
- Add tomatoes and season; simmer 10 minutes.
- Stir in cream and Parmesan; cook until thickened.
- Add pasta, basil, and pasta water; toss and serve.
Notes
- Add basil at the end for best aroma.
- Use pasta water to adjust sauce texture.
- Store up to 4 days refrigerated.
