Method
- Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Sauté shrimp in butter or oil until just cooked; remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broth and cream; simmer gently.
- Stir in Parmesan and seasoning until smooth.
- Return shrimp, simmer briefly, and serve.

- Do not boil the sauce
- Adjust thickness with broth or cream
- Best served fresh
