Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth or seafood stock
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Season shrimp with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté shrimp in butter or oil until just cooked; remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add broth and cream; simmer gently.
  5. Stir in Parmesan and seasoning until smooth.
  6. Return shrimp, simmer briefly, and serve.
