  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 cups cooked white rice

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • Fresh parsley
  • Red pepper flakes

Method
 

  1. Season and sear chicken until golden.
  2. Sauté onion and garlic.
  3. Stir in flour, broth, and cream to form sauce.
  4. Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
  5. Serve over rice with sauce spooned on top.
