Ingredients
  

  • 12 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 lb ground beef or chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup bell peppers diced
  • ¼ cup onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Cooking oil as needed

Method
 

  1. Cook meat with onion and seasoning until browned.
  2. Stir in vegetables and cheese.
  3. Fill and roll egg roll wrappers, sealing edges.
  4. Fry or bake until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve hot with dipping sauces.

Notes

  • Do not overfill wrappers.
  • Bake or air-fry for a lighter version.
  • Freeze uncooked rolls for later use.
