Crockpot Cheesy Sweet Corn Pasta Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 ½ cups sweet corn
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • ½ cup Parmesan
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 ½ cups milk or cream
  • 1 cup broth
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt pepper
  • Optional: sour cream paprika, parsley

Method
 

  1. Add corn, cream cheese, milk, broth, butter, and seasonings to crockpot.
  2. Stir in all cheeses.
  3. Cook on LOW 2–3 hours until melted and smooth.
  4. Add uncooked pasta, stir well.
  5. Cook on HIGH 20–40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
  6. Add sour cream or extra cheese if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust sauce thickness with extra milk or broth.
  • Use freshly shredded cheese.
  • Add chicken, bacon, or veggies to customize.
