Ingredients
  

  • 30 oz frozen hashbrowns
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese

Method
 

  1. Add hashbrowns, broth, onion, garlic, and seasoning to crock pot.
  2. Cook low 6 to 7 hours or high 3 to 4 hours.
  3. Stir in cream, soups, cheeses.
  4. Cook 30 more minutes until smooth.
  5. Serve warm with toppings.
