Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500 g chicken or beef
  • 4 cups broth
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup beans
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon herbs

Method
 

  1. Prepare and chop all ingredients.
  2. Sear meat in a pan.
  3. Add everything to crockpot.
  4. Pour in broth and season.
  5. Cook on low 6–8 hours or high 3–4 hours.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  7. Add herbs and serve hot.
