Ingredients
  

  • cups flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Method
 

  1. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
  2. Combine both mixtures and fold in carrots.
  3. Bake until set and cool completely.
  4. Prepare cream cheese frosting until smooth.
  5. Spread frosting over cooled cake.
  6. Chill briefly and slice into bars.
