Deviled Egg Macaroni Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup red onion
  • ¼ cup celery
  • 2 tablespoons parsley

Method
 

  1. Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. Boil eggs, peel, and chop.
  3. Mix mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Combine pasta, eggs, vegetables, and dressing.
  5. Chill at least one hour before serving.
