Method
- Cook macaroni until al dente. Drain and cool.
- Boil eggs, peel, and chop.
- Mix mayonnaise, mustards, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Combine pasta, eggs, vegetables, and dressing.
- Chill at least one hour before serving.
