Ingredients
  

  • Chicken Base
  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Stuffing Topping
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup warm chicken broth

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, broth, and seasonings.
  3. Spread mixture evenly in dish.
  4. Combine stuffing with butter and broth.
  5. Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture.
  6. Bake until hot, bubbly, and lightly golden.

Notes

  • Let casserole rest before serving.
  • Add vegetables or cheese if desired.
  • Rotisserie chicken works well.
