Ingredients
  

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 lb sausage or bacon cooked
  • 3 cups bread cubes or 3 cups shredded potatoes
  • 1 cup veggies optional
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Method
 

  1. Cook sausage or bacon and set aside.
  2. Layer bread or potatoes in a greased baking dish.
  3. Add meat and veggies on top.
  4. Whisk eggs, milk, cheese, and spices.
  5. Pour mixture evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 40–45 minutes.
  7. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
